Will LeBron ever reach Kobe's Greatness?

Lebron is on his 7th NBA Season and has not shown any sign of greatness just yet. Meantime Kobe is on his 14th NBA Season coming from a championship year (his 4th). What's real scary is that Kobe is showing no signs of slowing down. And the Lakers are stacked. It seems like LeBron's team is going to go through a "drought" (every good team goes through one after being so good, Kobe went through that when he lost Shaq, D-Wade is currently going through that with the Heat, and I imagine Cleveland will in the next few years). So my question is, will LeBron ever win a championship? Maybe once Kobe retires?
