I need help!!!??

well unfortunately when people see "emo," they tend to not consider them friendly. the whole emo group is stereotyped to be unhappy and not wanting to have anything to do with the "mainstream" population. so people probably don't think you WANT to get to know them. all i can suggest is that you use your body language - eye contact, smiling, etc. to draw people in and let them know that you're a friendly person. also once you start talking to people they'll know you as you and not as the way you look.
