How to send fresh vegetables to China? (Customs)?

What vegetables do you plan on frying? I've lived here for quite some time and have done quite a bit of cooking and I haven't found a difference in vegetable quality. I have found veggies unique to China, but those that are the same as the US are of the same quality.
