Whats wrong with my pontiac sunfire?

I tried this ask yahoo thing before but got uneducated answers. I put a complete intake system in My 2000 pontiac sunfire se 4cyl. 2.2l ohv, i broke and replaced the temp sensor, put a breather on the little spout on the valve cover, IT HAS NO MAF SENSOR AND NEVER DID. it shifts really hard now and the traction control light is illuminated 24/7, and the rest of the engine lights come on after driving for a while. I have a moderate amount of coolant and i cant check my fluid because it didnt come with a dipstick. Also my fan in front of the radiator runs VERY high now. Can give additional details if needed
