Fashion help!!!??? I need it soooo bad!?

For stores, try charlotte russe, delias, forever 21 or rue 21. They have really cute clothes at cheap prices. I don't know if it is just me, but I try to stay away from ae, hollister and abercrombie. The clothes are expensive, but that is what most people wear in my school.
