Has your Y!A account ever been wrongfully deleted, & you appealed, & they felt it DESERVED to be deleted?

They, meaning Customer Care. I appealed my suspended account, & I'm not sure if it was automated or a live person, saying that my account can't be reinstated. Do they base the decision of whether your account should be reinstated or not (automatically on how many times you were reported)? I do NOT deserve a suspended account for asking a question about food stamps. Someone was so offended that she reported ALL my questions because she said I was "stealing " all of her tax dollars since I have internet access. I'm @ the library, & I'm disabled. That's just not fair. & the person from CC's name was Elizabeth. She apparently agreed with the lady & felt that my account DESERVED to be deleted.
