I have created a dataset using wizard in Visual Studio 2008, how to Insert record programmatically?

Please give me sample code of inserting new record to database using stored procedure. I know the syntax of SQL, the problem only is I don't know the arrangement of code from connection, command type and command text property. I need sample, please help me. I am using Visual Basic 2008 Express edition.
