Which league would suffer the most without foreign players?

My guess would be the EPL....They always claim to be the best but always want foreign players, the David Silvas, Yayas, Torres. I hear people asking for Kaka, Eto'o, Sneijder, Dzeko, Schweiny, Lahm, Villa, Benzema etc they don't sound English to me!
