Wangfujing, beijing. each hour clock chimes a nice tune. what is it ?

It's a generic 钟鼓楼 (bell tower), but the one in Wangfujing usally rings in for new year (kind like the TIme Square). Rumor says the most expensive thing you can do is ring the bell yourself, you have to pay the bill for every diner there. (it's just a rumor.)
