My step moms mother works at our only health dept. i want on birth control w/out my stepmom knowin?

I want on birth control but my step moms a ***** and wont let me. i want on it for less periods and acne but she dont believe me. My aunts taking me to get it but How can i get the pill confidentially when my step moms mom works where im getting it done?
