Is it time for an large scale American boycott?

During the protest, and boycott by Latinos in this country, I noticed that most of the businesses who voluntarily shut down were in the service industry. The quality of service has gone down considerably over the last 15 years. It seems that most Americans are just pively allowing the quality of life to deteriorate. Political correctness, is not an excuse to allow the U.S to convert into a third world country. I am tired of being served by people who can not speak or read my language fluently, and it is frustrating to have to deal with uneducated and overworked employees, who are capable of many mistakes. Why are Americans supporting businesses who are capitalizing on cheap labor? Why are businesses accomodating spanish, which makes it easier for Latino immigrants to avoid imilation? Do you think a large scale boycott of these businesses for an indefinite period of time would have any effect?
