I think I might have accidentally deleted a driver because my wireless internet is not working anymore....?

I uninstalled some software that i thought was only comcast stuff but i think i might have also deleted a wireless driver. i have gone into windows and gone through all the diagnosing they give you and the only thing that shows a problem is where it says "other drivers" under the list of drivers the "ethernet controller" needs to be downloaded or updated completely. Under wireless driver my driver shows 'Realtek RTL8102E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0)' and it shows that this has been downloaded and updated completely. I am typinng this on my home computer and my laptop will not hook up to my landline to connect to the internet. do i need to go to a store and buy a new driver or what because i do not have a backup cd wih the driver on it to download it. any help would be greatly apreciated.
