Do you have to be a citizen or resident to receive medical marijuana in the legal states?

I am a type 1 Diabetic and smoke marijuana illegally once in a while because it stabilizes my blood sugars and makes my overall health much better. I am a New Hampshire citizen but i have a ski house in Maine where I spend most of my winters. Would I be eligible for medical marijuana at my ski house in Maine where it's legal?
